Time to think about your 2021 Health Coverage:

Annual Enrollment for Medicare is between October 15th and December 7th 2020. During that time, you are allowed to add or change a Medicare Advantage Plan or a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan for 2021.

Individual Health Insurance Open Enrollment for 2021 will run from November 1st through December 15th 2020. Plans chosen then have an effective date of January 1st 2021. Depending on income you may be eligible for a premium subsidy.

It's that time again: Happy Halloween.. and also the start of healthcare insurance open enrollment.
This for everyone who doesn't already get health coverage via an employer plan or Medicare or Medicaid.
Between Nov 1st and Dec 15th you can select plans for 2019.
Also depending on your estimated income for 2019 you could be eligible for a premium tax credit to offset the cost.. and that could help make it not such a scary time of year.

2017 Medicare Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment for Medicare commences on October 15th and continues through December 7th. During that time, you may change your Medicare Advantage Plan or your Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. Outside of this time frame, you must have a special event in which to qualify. A person can enroll in a Medicare Supplement Plan at any time during the year with some restrictions.

2017 Health Insurance Open Enrollment

Health Insurance Open Enrollment commences on November 1st and continues through January 31st. In order to have an effective date of January 1, 2017, you must apply by December 15th. A person may qualify for a Premium Tax Credit (PTC) from the government dependent upon income and family size. PTC is only realized by signing up for health insurance through the marketplace.
