Aegis Celebrates Latest Success Story:
Circuit Board Designer Achieves Bank Funding

We are pleased to announce one of our valued clients has qualified for bank financing. In addition to financing working capital for entrepreneurial companies, the Aegis team of professionals takes the time to develop a complete understanding of their client's business in an effort to assist them in obtaining the next cycle of debt and/or capital. Over the past two years, the Florida-based circuit board design and manufacturing company was able to use Aegis' resources to position the company for solid growth in revenues and earnings. As a result, the company was able to more efficiently structure their balance sheet with commercial bank financing.

Aegis Promotes Operations Team Members

Barbara Wilhelm to Director - Operations
Aegis recently named Barbara Wilhelm as Director of Operations. Barbara joined Aegis through an affiliate in 1999 and most recently served as Operations Manager. Wilhelm brings over 25 years of diversified industry knowledge including 16 years of managerial experience in the finance industry. In her new position, Barbara will assume a leadership role in directing operations through growth and strategic initiatives. (Below left)

Samantha Millard to Operations Manager
Aegis promotes Samantha Millard to Operations Manager. Samantha joined Aegis in 2010 as a credit analyst and most recently served as Lead Underwriter. In her new position she will supervise back office operations and client management functions. (Below right)

Aegis Business Credit supports Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO). CECO is a special needs school for kindergarten through 12th graders that offers summer camp, early intervention for children 6 months to 4 years old. Aegis was recently a hole sponsor at the Raymond James Golf Classic on May 4 to benefit the school.

On October 25th, Team "Aegis Ninja Warriors" participated in the Alpha House Challenge 2014, benefitting The Alpha House of Tampa. The Alpha House is a non-profit organization that offers homeless pregnant women or those with young children a safe place to stay, resources, and encouragement. The Aegis team had a great time partaking in the activities of the day and helping out with a great cause!
