An important condo financing update 🏢🔑

As of August 3, Fannie Mae eliminated the Limited Review option for condos, changing the conventional financing options available for some condo buyers.

The good news? We have solutions 💙

I do a lot of Non-QM financing specifically for condos and have options for communities that may not fit conventional guidelines.

So if you’re buying, selling, or working with a buyer on a condo, don’t assume your financing options are limited. Send me the condo and let me take a look.
