It's that time of the year! We are all preparing for those huge family meals. I responded to a reporter who wanted to see if I could plan a Thanksgiving meal for under $100 at a local Wal-Mart. I thought about some staples in my home each year like macaroni and cheese, turkey, yams... yes YAMS! I'm excited just thinking about it. This article mentions me and my response to the challenge. I also have seen several other stores offering Thanksgiving packages. ALDI has a deal as low as $40. Even if that doesn't include everything, its a great place to start. As you prepare for those Holiday dinners, protect your wallet.
