As we reflect on our journey, I am excited to share some news with you. My family and I have decided to shift our focus and dedicate our efforts to another business endeavor close to our hearts—Compassionate Care Connection. Our mission with Compassionate Care Connection is to create perfect matches between seniors and assisted living facilities, ensuring that our elderly loved ones receive the care and attention they deserve in their golden years.
It is not a decision that was made lightly, but one that we believe will allow us to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families in a different way.
In anticipation of the closing of Collectivity, LLC, we will no longer be accepting new collections matters or new collection accounts effective immediately. Our team will continue to work diligently on existing cases to ensure a smooth and fair resolution for all parties involved.
I want to express my sincere thanks to each and every one of you for your trust, collaboration, and support throughout our years of service. It has been a privilege to work with you, and I am proud of the successes we have achieved together.
