🏡 A Very Special Closing Day! 🇺🇸

Today was more than just a home closing for my clients and friends, Henry and Lauren.

Both Henry and Lauren proudly served our country as military veterans, and Henry continues that commitment to service as a Fire Medic with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, where I’m also fortunate to serve alongside him.

And their family has even more to celebrate — just two weeks ago today, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Rowan, into the world. ❤️

A new baby. A new home. Such an exciting time!!

Because of Henry and Lauren’s service and sacrifice as veterans, along with Henry’s continued service as a first responder, Heroes Housing Assistance provided $11,698.07 in assistance where it matters most — right at the closing table.

A special thank you to their agent, Kai Davis, for all of his hard work, communication, and dedication throughout the process. It takes a great team working together to get our clients across the finish line!
