💙 Stronger communities start with informed conversations and collaboration.

Floridacentral was proud to join fellow credit union leaders and the League of Credit Unions & Affiliates for an opportunity to meet with Sydney Gruters and educate policymakers on the vital role credit unions play in supporting local communities and members.

The discussion covered important topics, including making the American Dream more affordable through expanded access to homeownership and affordable lending options, as well as combating financial fraud and scams through consumer protection and financial education.

These conversations provide an opportunity to share perspectives, discuss the challenges facing our members, and highlight how credit unions help strengthen the financial well-being of individuals, families, and communities across Florida.

Our team had a great time getting dressed up and stepping into the mission at the Big Gala benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay! Held at the Tampa Motor Enclave, the evening was filled with fun, unforgettable moments, and an incredible opportunity to support an organization making a difference in our community. 💙

On Saturday, our Floridacentral team came together for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk, united by a shared mission to support those impacted by breast cancer, honor survivors, remember loved ones, and help make a difference in the fight against this disease.

Today, on National Breast Cancer Awareness Day, we’re celebrating the strength of survivors, honoring those we’ve lost, and standing alongside everyone whose life has been impacted by breast cancer. We’re reminded that behind every ribbon is a story, and behind every step is hope for a brighter future.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who donated, participated, volunteered, and helped make this campaign such a success. We’re so proud of what we accomplished together and grateful to be part of a team that shows up for its community in such a meaningful way🩷
