August Industry Updates & Trends 🏗️

As summer comes to a close, industry activity continues to highlight growth and momentum across several sectors.

In hospitality, the U.S. led all other countries in hotel construction activity during Q2, with luxury and upper upscale developments reaching record levels. Hotel conversions also remain an important part of the evolving market.

Closer to home, the new Tampa Bay Rays stadium officially moved one step closer to reality over the weekend, with the stadium deal receiving final approval. The project is now targeting a 2029 opening, with site work needing to begin soon to help keep that timeline on track.

We’re excited to continue following this major local project and see how it will shape the future of the Tampa Bay landscape. 🌴🏗️
