I have only been working with Fresh Start for a few months but I felt inclined to leave a review. You see when I initially received a letter from them I looked them up online and was skeptical because there weren't many reviews despite being in business a long time. Well my curiosity regarding the offer got the best of me and I called in to see what it was about and spoke with a man named Craig that has turned out to be the best decision I ever made. After chatting for a little bit and getting me set up on a repayment plan that was better than I could have ever expected. Toward the end of his interaction I asked him why there were so few reviews online and he told me they don't ask for them because they don't want to create additional work for their clients. This didn't sit well with me and I figured the least I could do to thank him was take it on my own accord to be one of the few to step up to the plate and commend them on their genuine efforts. I never would have expected the sincerity and compassion out of everyone I've spoke to on the staff from time to time. I really feel like they truly care about helping people out of debt. If you are reading this review and deciding whether to give them a call just do it. It was better than any expectation I could have ever had. Really looking forward to becoming debt free!
