A bit late, but better late than never! Our staff is back at the office working diligently to get your files closed 😉 We ask that you call before coming in and to always wear a mask when visiting us. To our valued customers:

After much deliberation, we have decided that all of our employees will be working remotely starting Monday, March 23rd. As a reminder, we are ONLY accepting escrow deposits via wire transfer and we are only accepting contracts via email or fax (our info is below my signature line).

We will be requiring that the sellers and cash buyers sign their documents remotely (unless they do not have internet capabilities). All loan closings will still be held at our office, until lenders notify us if they are allowing Remote Online Notarization for their documents. We are asking that only the signing parties come to our office for the closings, in order to limit the amount of visitors.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and we will continue to work diligently on your files. We pray everyone stays safe during these trying times and we look forward to being able to see each other very soon!

To our valued customers:

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, we wanted to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation. Although our office is still open, we ask that you limit your visits, unless it is truly necessary.

We are requiring all escrow deposits be made via wire transfer and any new contracts be emailed or faxed to us, rather than dropped off. We want to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and you, our clients. Our office is being continuously disinfected after all closings and visits, so if you see us wiping things down, please excuse us while we are on Mr. Clean mode 😉

Most lenders do NOT allow electronic signing of their loan packages, however, any seller who wishes to sign remotely can do so as Florida recently passed legislation to allow remote online notarization ("RON"). For all of our loan closings, we ask that only the necessary parties come to sign (ie. borrowers and realtors) in order to comply with the CDC's recommendations.

Our office is already equipped to allow our employees to work remotely and as the situation progresses, we may be allowing our staff to work from home. This will in no way disrupt our closing process, since most of us deal with one another over the phone and email currently.

We ask that if you need to stop by, to please call ahead of time, to confirm that we are here. We understand this is a trying time for all of us and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our entire team stands ready to assist you in any way we can.

So we rec'd an email today that was supposedly sent via Docusign. But upon closer inspection, we saw that it was a virus sent by a hacker. I know I post this info over and over, but I just want everyone to get an idea of how sophisticated these hackers are getting and how important it is for us to stay viglient!!
