We have more than 29 years of commercial project consulting and commercial lending experience. We offer conventional, hard money, private placement, hedge fund, pension fund and investment pool capital for the financing of commercial properties of all types. Our primary focus are income producing projects and properties. Small balance program from $75,000 to $1 million (USD). Larger loan programs are available from $1 million to $50 million + (USD) for qualifying projects.
