As a reminder, our branches will be closed on Saturday, September 5th and Monday, September 7th in observance of the holiday. Today we’re celebrating our Tampa roots from the very place where our story began—the City of Tampa.

Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union was founded by 13 City of Tampa employees who came together to create a financial institution for their fellow workers. Today, we’re proud to still have that connection with City employees and the Tampa community.

Our team joined Children With A Vision’s Back to School Bash at Ragans Park, connecting with families, sharing financial wellness resources, and celebrating the new school year with community partners.

For over 31 years, founder Tonya M Lewis has organized drives, food distributions, and youth scholarships impacting local families. We’re proud to support such committed organizations.

We also welcomed Mayor Jane Castor, whose visit showed strong community support.

Thanks to Children With A Vision for including us in this meaningful event. Wishing students a safe, successful school year! 📚✨
