Honored to see BeneCom recognized by Chubb Benefits and Combined Insurance with an invitation to their Chicago Home Office Experience and Charity Golf Tournament.

Our President, Amber Hoadley, and our Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Team Leader, Wendy Rankin, had the opportunity to represent BeneCom alongside outstanding professionals from across the country. From productive meetings at the home office to a first-class charity golf tournament, it was an incredible experience that strengthened relationships and reinforced our shared commitment to delivering exceptional employee benefits.

Today, hundreds of dedicated volunteers are coming together to pack more than 30,000 backpacks that will help local students start the school year ready to learn and succeed. BeneCom supports this incredible community effort and applauds everyone who is giving their time to make a difference. Wishing all of the students a safe, successful, and inspiring school year!

Strong teams are built on trust—not just in the workplace, but in the time spent supporting one another outside of it.

After a productive strategy meeting, BeneCom Case Manager Major Steve Jaksec and I spent some time together enjoying one of the hobbies we both share as Army veterans.

The military taught us a lesson that has stayed with us throughout our careers: Leave no man or woman behind.

That same commitment guides how we support each other, serve our clients, and build the culture at BeneCom. I’m grateful to work alongside teammates who share those values every day.
