Hi, I’m Chasiti most people call me Chaz 👋

I’m a fun, happy, and people-loving real estate agent who truly enjoys connecting with others and helping them through big life moments. I’m also a law student, working toward finishing my degree with the goal of stepping into real estate law, while continuing to serve buyers, sellers, and investors as a licensed real estate professional. I’m a proud mom

of two amazing boys, and at home you’ll also find my little zoo two hairless cats and one hairless guinea pig 🐾. I’m a lover of God and Jesus, and my faith is a big part of who I am and how I try to show up for others. I’m originally from Nashville, and I moved to Florida in 2022 to finish my education, start fresh, and build a life outside of my hometown. Since moving here, I’ve met some truly incredible people, grown tremendously as a person, met my husband, and had the privilege of helping many clients buy and sell real estate. I’m passionate about community, connection, and doing things the right way. I look forward to continuing to grow, serve, and be a valuable part of this community for many years to come 🤍

• 1 inspection surprise
• 2 emotional breakdowns
• and a closing that almost doesn’t happen
