Employee benefits are becoming more and more expensive at each renewal. Make sure as an employer you are looking into all available options. We have recently seen premiums decrease at renewal by implementing premium saver products. These products buy down a portion of your deductible and out of pocket max. Make sure that you are not just renewing a health plan because the renewal does not “look to bad.”

For the first time in a decade, CMS announced that premiums for Medicare Part B beneficiaries will be lower than the previous year: Part B premiums will decrease to $164.90. The annual Part B deductible will also dip to $226 from $233. The administration also announced decreased premiums for Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.

Servant Leadership,

I know people who have made it to the top of small and large businesses. Each one of them lives and breathes it, they also teach this trait to others around them in their company.

Remember we are all just normal people. Just because social media or an email signature may differ; we need each other.

We all work together for a common cause to try and make ends meet. The world is a better place when you serve others.

So tomorrow, try and pick a co-worker up, or do something nice for a stranger. It goes a long way.

Servant leadership is a leadership approach that puts serving others above all other priorities. Rather than managing for results, a servant leader focuses on creating an environment in which their team can thrive and get their highest-impact work done.
