5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Tyler Cain by Brian M - I don't want to oversell my experience, getting a home loan isn't like going on vacation, winning the lottery, or eating chocolate, it's getting a home loan. That having been said, if I'm comparing apples to apples, and taking into account how genuinely terrible getting a home loan COULD be, then my experience with Tyler can honestly be described as great. Communication was timely, accurate, and focused. My questions were answered efficiently and accurately. And at the end of the day, I got the home loan I was seeking, and Tyler showed up to our final walkthrough with a homemade dessert in hand, and a smile on his face, so, that was pretty cool. So, again, context, this wasn't great like going to a concert by your favorite band, but it was great in that it was a uniquely positive home-loan-getting experience.
