We covered a lot of ground — from the new wind mitigation rules and 4‑point inspection updates impacting home insurance, to practical ways AI can help realtors save time and generate more clients with smarter workflows.

I also had the chance to teach about Buy Before You Sell programs and the latest Down Payment Assistance options — including programs that aren’t limited to first‑time homebuyers.
