I can always price out another quote with the loan estimate and a verbal for credit. That is it. No application or hard pull to get rates and points. I will honor it.

I also have massive price concessions and a free appraisal with UWM to give out.

We have so many ways to get clients approved. LOTS of options.

How quickly are you getting CTC on your files? What do you think is acceptable?

My amazing team and I just got a CTC in 3 weeks AND this was a non qm loan at a phenomenal rate for the client.

I often say I dont make sense ... I make loans.

Sometimes, there are options that do make sense. We have a new product that lets you count income AND combine it with assets as income.

Great way to help clients who have aggressive accountants or who are near retirement age and have assets and not a lot of income.

Rates are really attractive on this as well. We use HOUSEHOLD income so higher limits than Home Ready or Home Possible

First Time Home Buyer Program: Borrowers will be eligible to receive up to $12,500 towards down payment and closing costs on eligible purchase transactions.

Community Partners: Borrowers will be eligible to receive up to $15,000 towards down payment and closing costs on eligible purchase transactions. Borrowers must be active or retired law
enforcement officers, educators, health care workers, firefighters and other first responders, veterans and active-duty military members or their surviving spouses or COVID-related essential workers.
