Happy to help with your home financing needs!

I help business owners, first-time buyers, and investors navigate home financing with confidence. As a senior loan officer with a background in management and customer service, I bring a strong mix of expertise, strategy, and clear communication to every deal. Over the past four years, I’ve developed a reputation for crafting creative loan solutions—especially for self-employed clients and complex

financial situations. Whether you're buying your first home or adding to your portfolio, I treat every loan like it’s my own to ensure a smooth, on-time closing. I also work closely with realtors and financial advisors to deliver a high-level experience for every client, backed by consistent updates and a team-player mindset. Let’s connect—whether you're exploring home loan options or looking to build a strong referral network.

You’re leaving money on the table in Tampa real estate right now.
Over 53% of active listings have had price reductions. The average home is selling 3-5% below asking price. And my clients are taking full advantage.
3 of my buyers recently had their appraisals come in ABOVE their purchase price — meaning they negotiated a deal, closed on the home, and walked in with instant equity on day one.
That’s not luck. That’s knowing the market and having a team that moves fast.
If you’ve been waiting on the sidelines, this is the window. Rates aren’t perfect, but the deals are there.

Day 1 of ChicaGO! GrowthCon in the books. One of the best decisions I made for my business was to get coaching so I can show up better for my partners & the people I care about. There isn’t a community like .io that gets these kinds of speakers or invests this much in its students. It’s not just about being a better loan officer but being a better human being as a whole. How you show up anywhere is how you show up everywhere.
Had a chance to connect with himself. Being in a room with that many people genuinely invested in growing, not just professionally but as people, puts things in perspective. More to come from Day 2.

Most smart buyers aren’t sitting around waiting for the “perfect” rate.

That might feel safe… but it doesn’t win homes.

They’re building a game plan. 🏀💰

Here’s why 👇

The average homeowner doesn’t keep a property for 30 years.
Life changes. Careers grow. Families expand. Opportunities pop up.

Most people move in 4–7 years.

So chasing the absolute lowest rate of the next 30 years?
That’s not always the power move.

Rates are just ONE lever.
Strategy is what puts you in control.

In the last 5 years, I’ve helped 100+ families buy with a plan — not just a rate. Whether the market’s moving up, down, or sideways, the right structure makes all the difference.

If you wanna be Ballin’, you need a plan. 🏡

Let’s talk about YOUR goals.

02/04/2026

First time buyers make this mistake all the time.

They start house hunting without knowing their real numbers.
That leads to stress, delays, and disappointment.

Pre-approval should come before the first showing.
It gives you clarity, confidence, and control.

Preparation protects your time and your emotions.

Save this before you book viewings.

Here's my story

After college, I was stuck in work that looked fine on paper but felt wrong every day.
Busy. Predictable. Nowhere near what I studied or cared about.

I knew I wanted finance and real estate.
I just didn’t know the doorway.

Then I learned about lending.
Got licensed. Took the risk.
And for the first time, the work fit.

What keeps me here isn’t rates or titles.
It’s solving problems when files get messy.
It’s building trust when decisions feel heavy.

That’s what good lending actually is.

Follow for mortgage guidance from someone who shows up and finds solutions.

01/05/2026

This is the moment I understood what real mortgage guidance looks like.

A first-time homebuyer.
A single mother.
A complicated credit history that included foreclosure, bankruptcy, and a deed in lieu.

Most lenders stop at the surface.
Automated systems decline and move on.

But real mortgage work happens inside the details.
Understanding guidelines.
Working through underwriting.
Structuring documentation correctly.
Staying present when files get messy.

This deal did not close because it was easy.
It closed because someone stayed engaged, consistent, and solution-focused.

That experience shaped how I run my mortgage business today.
Clear communication.
Reliable follow-through.
And a process designed to handle complexity, not avoid it.

There is almost always a path forward.
You just need someone willing to find it.

Save this if you want mortgage advice built for real life situations, not perfect files.

This is the #1 way buyers lose their mortgage approval.

It happens after you’re approved.

Opening new credit cards.
Financing a car.
Moving money between accounts.
Changing jobs.

Mortgage approval is conditional until the keys are in your hand.

Stability protects your loan.
Small changes can delay or kill a deal.

Save this if you’re currently house hunting or under contract.

You’re buying your home.
Not the bank’s idea of your life.

Just because you qualify for a higher number
doesn’t mean you should stretch to it.

The bank approved the loan.
They didn’t approve your lifestyle.
Your sleep.
Your margin.

Security matters.
Flexibility matters.
Being able to stay in the home long-term matters.

Lasting ownership is the goal.
Not maxing out.

Save this before you make an offer you’ll feel every month.

📣FL Real Estate PSA: If you close and are in the 🏡house by 12/31 you can still file for 2025 Homestead Exemption. There is still plenty of time to get closed on a home by then. If you need help with your home loan, give me a call 📲

Most people have no idea what’s actually in their mortgage payment and it’s costing them big time. 😬

It’s not just your loan. Your payment is made up of 4 key parts and understanding them helps you budget smarter and buy smarter.

It’s called PITI:
🏠 Principal – what you pay down on your loan.
💰 Interest – what you pay the lender.
🏡 Taxes – your property taxes, usually built into your monthly payment.
🛡️ Insurance – homeowner’s insurance (plus mortgage insurance if you put less than 20% down).

Here’s the kicker: when people compare rent vs. buy, they only look at principal + interest — but taxes and insurance can completely change the total cost.

So before you fall in love with a home, make sure you understand the total monthly payment, not just what the calculator shows. That clarity saves buyers thousands. 💸
