I'm PERSONALLY working on some GOOD UPDATES on a PENDING "Multifamily Apartment Unit Deal" RIGHT NOW that I submitted to a commercial financing partner in Los Angeles that has developers in the (Multifamily Apartment, Resort-Style Condo, Lower-Income Tax Credit) apartment units arena space.

We're CLOSING on becoming Financial Advisor Brokers with another Corporate Credit Financing Consulting Services company that is based out of Beverly Hills, California with (4) other offices in (4) U.S. states and we'd like to be the 5th Financial Services Advisor Broker for the state of Florida (under the Holding Company DRCC Enterprise Holdings) and get an office set up in Orlando somewhere or even in downtown Tampa or Miami ☑💯 😁

We are proud to announce that one of our current pipeline of construction development projects has located a non-bank commercial real estate financing lender for a $12 Mil construction development project AND the First Phase is just for $12 Million as this real estate development company is building a small community of housing projects to attract health and affordable homes in Cave Junction, Oregon ✅💯

We understand that the entire construction development project is appraised for over $100+ Mil possibly for a billion dollars 💵🤑

I FINALLY got the confirmation from the Alignable Alliance Ambassador team that I will become .. WELL my company Duguay Capital Enterprises Corp will become the NEW Alignable Alliance Ambassador for Polk County FL

And I was doing research last week and I discovered that with over (17) municipalities cities in Polk County FL that there's over 100+ MAYBE A MILLION small businesses that are struggling with their cash flow and business revenues and they need our company's services ✅💯

I REALLY can't wait to get out to the neighboring communities and start doing "IN-PERSON events and acquiring NEW business clients and I def will need to build a small "Inner Circle" of associates bc I couldn't possibly do ALL THIS by myself 😳😵🚫🤷🏽

our NEW C.O.O. has already submitted a rehab commercial real estate deal that is appraised for several millions (I can't remember the exact number figure on the top of my head right now lol 😆🤣 BUT it's def several millions) as the client is doing a rehab commercial project to transition hotel rooms to "Long-term rentals" as the ENTIRE property had about 55+ units and they're are currently (17) units ALREADY "LEASED" and generating monthly cash flow ..

the several other commercial real estate deals are currently "UNDERWAY" next week

Can you actually say that 2024 is starting off GREAT for you?

I def can bc the commercial financing deals are in and I'm submitting them (1 by 1)

and the deal pipeline is only going to be piling up bc it seems investors are acquiring the deals on a "DAY-TO-DAY" basis 😁

I'm excited about the company podcast project coming up bc I'm just ready to start building up my "Personal Brand" and build up the audience and start doing "IN-PERSON" speaking events ..
