Arias Agencies is currently operating throughout PA, NY, MD, WV, FL, TN, SC, & NE and we are rapidly expanding into new territories and Arias-Tampa is looking to expand across the state of Florida in the very-near future. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated individuals to join our organization.
Responsibilities
• Present company products and services to prospective clients
• Prospect and contact potential clients through provided leads and developed referrals
• Keep policy owners aware of latest developments
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
• Conduct business with honesty and integrity
• Implement a professional development program for building industry expertise
Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service a plus, but not required
• Ability to build rapport with clients - friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship building skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and implement new concepts
• Excellent verbal and in-person communication skills
• English speaking a must, fluent in Spanish a plus
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor or higher degree a plus
