A little preparation now can make a big difference later - take a few minutes to record a video walkthrough and/or take pictures of your home, belongings, vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. – this can greatly assist if you ever need to file an insurance claim.

We were proud to have Public Safety Liaison, Julius Halas (Director, Fire Chief - Ret.) represent United Badges Insurance Services at the Florida Fire Chiefs Association Northeast Regional Fire Chiefs Meeting last week.

Congratulations to Chief Harold Theus on being announced as the next Executive Director of the Florida Fire Chiefs Association following his over three decades of dedicated service to Alachua County, retiring as Fire Chief of Alachua County Fire Rescue.

Congratulations as well to the following award recipients recognized at the meeting:
Karl Froling, Flagler County Fire Rescue – Search & Rescue Responder Officer of the Year
Kevin Mangan, High Springs Fire Department – Public Information Officer of the Year
