We were privileged to host two stops of the traveling Commemorative 250th Anniversary Betsy Ross Flag. It will continue across the country linking wonderful communities which make up the heart of this great nation! May God continue to Bless America!

The WoodmenLife National Flag Day Tour kicked off in South Boston, Virginia, this week! We unveiled the first of 250 commemorative Betsy Ross flags that WoodmenLife is presenting to communities across the country in celebration of America’s 250th birthday. Produced at the Annin Flagmakers factory in South Boston, each of these commemorative flags features 13 stars encircling the number “250” in the blue field alongside the traditional red and white stripes.
This special flag will travel to 10 notable sites across the country before arriving at our headquarters to fly proudly on Flag Day. Follow along as we share these symbols of history and community spirit with neighbors across the United States.

We will be presenting a Commemorative 250th Anniversary Edition Betsy Ross Flag to the City of Saint Augustine, FL and Mayor Nancy Sikes-Kline located at 75 King Street, St. Augustine, FL on Wednesday, May 20th at 10:30 am.

Thank you to our Pensacola members for supporting the Honor Flight program and these cherished Vietnam Vets! Their service and sacrifice is never forgotten and always appreciated! Welcome Home!

Freedom is not free, and these men paid that price. What an opportunity to give back and serve those who served! God Bless America and God Bless our Troops!
