As you're probably aware, some pretty big Real Estate News has been making the rounds this last week.

Renee and I have been getting calls and inquiries from folks wondering what this all means.

As usual, there's some reliable information out there, and there's also a lot of Click Bait flat-out wrong misinformation being spread by folks who don't know much about what they speak of.

We have seen some special comments on the News, Next Door, Facebook, and a number of other Social Media Outlets.

Let's be frank, Real Estate Commissions have always been negotiable (a lot of you know that!)!

Home Prices are not going to drop (unless something happens to Jobs in this Country, or some unforeseen Event).

We are 9 Million Residential Units behind (at best) where we need for in the United States to keep up with Housing Demand since the Great Recession. A lot of things need to change to make up for that Gap!

Professional Real Estate Agents (Realtors) like us will still be out here serving our Customers in the best way possible as they BSBI (Buy, Sell, Build, Invest) in Real Estate.

Our offer to anyone of you (your Family, Friends, etc.) who are wondering how this News might impact an upcoming move, Investment, or Real Estate Strategy is to talk about this and your individual/family situation.
