Knowing your subject is one thing.

Knowing how to help someone else learn it is another.

Great insurance training takes more than a deck and a room full of people.

It takes an understanding of adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, activities, evaluation, and how to turn all of that into learning that actually sticks.

That's the craft behind great training.

And trainers need opportunities to develop it, too.

Our Train the Trainer (T3) program is designed to do exactly that—with learning, practice, feedback, and a community of people who understand what it takes to stand on the other side of the clicker. ✌️
