Big update on the North Florida Fairgrounds project: Blueprint has completed the new conceptual layout, but construction can’t begin until the County and the Fair Association finalize their lease renegotiation.

Once that’s done, the design phase kicks off, followed by full improvements to parking, utilities, restrooms, green space, and the new community building.

I’ll keep breaking these updates down so you always know what’s happening right here in Tallahassee.
