The Office Assistant/Reception position is a great foot in the door for the Mortgage industry. This role is for someone who works well with deadlines, able to juggle more than one task at a time, willingness to learn and adapt and a desire to jump in when needed. Very team oriented workplace.
Manage Front Desk/Office:
-Open and Close the office- 8:30-5pm
-Get copies, Fax documents, Scan Docs, Answer and redirect calls, Assist Office Visitors
-Keep Kitchen clean and common areas clutter free
-Supply orders and replenishing
-Assist Employees- with stamps, printing, mailing, supplies and finding the right department/ misc requests
-Schedule conference room use downstairs/ keep track
-Keep track and send office payment requests: Rainier Connect, Cleaners, POA,
-Point of Contact for all office vendors including corporate
-Branch Meetings- Downstairs setup- Slide show
-Supporting Branch Manager with any miscellaneous office related requests
Loan/File Work:
-Request/Track Preapproval VOEs
-Complete Order Outs Requests (Requesting Title and Escrow, Binders, Transcripts, Appraisals etc and updating the file)
Required Education and Experience:
-High School diploma or equivalency degree
-2+ years of experience as Office Admin/Assistant etc
-Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
-Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
-Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
-Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products including 10 key
