I have a client who purchased an auto and renters insurance package 7 years ago. She only got the package because it saved her $20 a month. A week ago her rental house caught on fire. We’re giving her $25,000 to replace all her property, $2,000 to cover the hotel, and $3,000 to pay the deposit and first month’s rent of her new apartment.

I can’t describe how grateful and relieved she was that I convinced her to take the package years ago. She’s able to pick up her life and start over because of it.

Officers were dispatched to a vehicle unlock this morning in Lake Stevens📍 . Once they arrived they found the vehicle locked with a bear inside. Needless to say Bear -1 Vehicle -0 . This is a reminder to keep your vehicle doors locked even if you will be out of it for only a few minutes.

FYI, this would be a comprehensive claim. Even if you have a car that sits around unused for months at a time we can put it on “storage” status and give it comp coverage. Not a terrible idea if you live out in bear country.
