Nearly 50%, that’s almost ½ of all buyers, are now getting seller concessions on their purchases! This means that buyers have more leverage than ever right now! If you want or need your closing costs or a rate buy down paid for, now is the time to get preapproved and make an offer!! The Seattle / Puget Sound area has seen the biggest increase in seller concessions out of the entire country!

Also, a third of the housing inventory has seen price cuts! Stop waiting for rates to come down! Now is the time to negotiate!! We can refinance your loan when rates come down later

Today I reserved down payment assistance funds for a young couple in their 20's in the amount of $108,000!! This will be applied to a 20% down payment plus all of their closing costs! Without this, they would have qualified for a purchase price that would be next to impossible to find here in WA state. I am beyond thrilled to help them with their dream of homeownership.
