🕶 Talk to me, Goose 🕶

📲 Communication is so dang important during a purchase transaction it cannot be overdone.

😏 Yeah, we have the cool automated email thingies that go out...

And we do it one step further with news as it Breaks!

🥰 During key times we text or call the referring agent AND email when the appraisal is in, when we are in line for docs, when docs go to escrow.

💪🏼 And funding day?
We get weird...
We email early,
When the file is reviewed,
When funded on our end,
and we text the referring agent FIRST when funded so you are the very first to know. 🤯

🤔 Why do we do this?

Oh because we know that the buyers and sellers are calling...
And texting...
pacing in front of your home or office...
wanting to know a status
and
having a silent lending team MAKES YOU CRAAAZAAAY! 🤪

❤️🏡❤️ Our appraisal class yesterday at the Realtor association was fabulous!

A lively event with agents with all different levels of experience. Some with less than a year in real estate to 30 years in real estate in July! 😮

Everyone said they walked away with real, tangible, current info. Collaboration was strong 💪🏼 in this class and it added so much to the event!
