REALTORS, Friends and Family, Introducing a New Closing Cost Assistance program. HomeAssist, a program offered through BROADVIEW, is now available to eligible homebuyers. Key program details include:
• Household income must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) for the property location
• Property must be your primary residence
• First-time homebuyer status is NOT required
• Eligible for owner-occupied single-family properties
• Provides $12,000 in assistance
• Funds may be used toward down payment and/or closing costs
• Additional program guidelines and qualification requirements may apply
