The Syracuse Fire Department Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered on March 24, 1950. Over the past 60 years we have grown to offer a full array of products and services to not only meet, but exceed our members financial needs. With a staff of only fifteen people, we get to know you on a personal level and you are considered part of our family. We're here to serve you and happy to do so.

We thought starting our expansion would be the most exciting thing to happen to us this week, but we were wrong! We received a large amount of rain yesterday afternoon very quickly, and unfortunately a drain was ineffective and BOTH of our sump pumps failed after we closed for the day. Our management team jumped into action to try to save everything that had been boxed up for our expansion. We could not have done it without the help of the Syracuse Fire Department, specifically Station 5 and the Ladder at 1’s, D shift. We also need to give a shoutout to the L280 President, Mike Perotti, Deputy Chief Dave Munski, our member and friend Nick, and Superior Drain Solutions. Thank you to ALL for coming to our rescue.
