Last night I had the wonderful opportunity to attend GOFCC annual meeting. It was a fantastic night with a room full of business owners and leaders from all across the Oswego & Onondaga Counties. It was a true representation of all the growth that is happening here.

As Micron placed their shovels in the ground now would be a good time for other small business to prepare for their growth. A 504 loan may help bridge the gap and launch your growth to new heights.

SBA 504 rates inched further down in February. As the government approved a budget to help the SBA operate for the rest of this fiscal year, we see attractive 504 rates continue to demonstrate stability in commercial lending.

Lower equity requirements allow small business owners to maintain a strong cash position in uncertain times while also securing long term fixed rate financing to manage future cash flow.

Upstate New York is poised for tremendous growth and the decision to secure control of your own real estate and help create generate wealth for your business and families.
