Courtney Trembone entered the mortgage industry in 2006 and joined the LendGen, powered by NJ Lenders, team in Spring 2023. A multi-recipient of the Top Gun sales and commission distinction, Courtney was also recognized as top in sales annually on four occasions at his previous company.

As someone that thrives in leadership and management positions, Courtney is experienced in loan processing and origination for all loan products, including all types of VA, Down Payment Assistance, Conventional, FHA, Jumbo, High Balance, Non-QM, Hard Money, Commercial, and more. He makes himself available to clients on nights and weekends as he works to find them the best loans for their individual needs. Alongside a fulfilling career, Courtney says, “It’s probably really corny, but what I am most proud of is being a dad to my six-year-old son, Chase.”
Courtney earned his BA in Social Science and Adaptive Aquatics, as well as his MA in Sociology from Stony Brook University. Courtney was a Division 1 Baseball player in college and has played on the USA National Baseball team. Courtney is a proud husband and father, and enjoys volunteering for a dog rescue group in Long Island called RSVP. He also volunteers and coaches several CYO teams, including baseball, basketball, and soccer for grades K-8.
