As part of that commitment, we were proud to host four students from St. John’s Jesuit High School for their Senior Project one-week shadow program. Throughout the week, students had the opportunity to experience wealth management firsthand - gaining exposure to financial advising, investment strategy, operations, and the collaborative culture that drives our team.

But more importantly, they brought curiosity, thoughtful questions, and fresh perspectives. Here’s what the students had to say about their experience.

Our Scottsdale team had the opportunity to serve as judges for the ACEE 2026 Finals Economic Critical Thinking Case Study. Students from Scottsdale area high schools had 30 minutes to prepare a 10-minute presentation on addressing current public economic issues and assessing how different community stakeholders would be affected.

We were impressed by their critical thinking and well-rounded perspectives on a complex topic.
