Recently, a very kind gentleman came to my office to sit down with me to discuss insurance. He had seen my billboard, heard me on the radio, viewed my website bio and accolades, and read each and ever single Google review left on my website. He did extensive research on me, took advice from local roofing companies about Alfa Insurance and our stellar reputation on claims handling, and decided to meet with me. Instead of talking, I listend, which has become a lost skill amongst man-kind. He shared with me how he's been with the same well-known national insurance company for 30-40 years. A faithful, loyal customer. The best kind in every way. Recently he suffered major storm damage to his entire roof. Not a spot, not a section, the entire roof was damaged. A claim was filed and a 3rd party claims adjusters from who knows where came out to take pictures. He took 200+ pictures of the damage and verbally stated significant storm damage, and submitted the photos and information to the insurance company the customer has been loyal to and paid premiums to for 30-40 years. This well-known national insurance company paid $1600 on the claim. The customer paid nearly $30,000 out of his own pocket for a new roof. This is happening every day. He said he wishes he had come sooner.

This is not the first story I've heard, rather just the most recent. I hear this ever day. Take my newest customer's advice and make the switch before this happens to you.
