Understanding supply 📉 & demand 📈 is an important key 🔑 in both the stock & real estate 🏡 market. On Monday I saw that my company stock was at supply (resistant) so I sold off some shares. As you can see took a big hit yesterday & today, just as the charts said it would.

I know I haven’t been as active as I hoped with this page but I have a schedule set for October where I’ll provide weekly market updates. I feeling things are going to get a little rocky as the Fed’s maybe forced to tamper. What does this all mean? 🤔 Stay tuned more to come…

Did not make entry today as price did not break above (go higher) then yesterday’s high of day. This is actually a good thing as it would be ideal if price can stay in the area (between the white lines) for another 1-3 days and then look to buy the breakout.

is a stock I’ve been watching for the past week. It had a nice pullback and I would really like it to see it hold the 20 day moving avg for another day or 2 before buying. However if it breaks the yesterday high of $5.87 with a strong 60 min candle, I will give it a shot and look to continue to add with continuous strength. I see this going to $7, to $10, to $12 and more. If you choose to enter keep a stop lost (exit trade) when price breaks current low of the day or a 60 min candle close below the 10 day moving avg.

Forget about BITCOIN & DOGECOIN, there are just too many uncertainties for me. Instead I’m choosing to participate more in the lumber 🪵 market 📈, especially with Real Estate 🏡 in high demand and inflation on high alert🚨.  is a stock I’ve had my eye on and this past Thursday (May 13th) they announced they are going to start paying dividends on their stock 💵.

I COMPLETED A NEW video's today and discussed how the S&P move up today was just an algorithms move and what to watch out for as a possible bigger move down could happen soon. I also went over my company stock EXPI and how it’s possibly setting up for a double bottom pattern!! 💥 I stated what I'll be looking for Monday morning on EXPI before I can buy in again.
