🔥 Extreme Wildfire Danger 🔥
Be careful out there.

If you’re hauling a trailer, don’t forget to check your chains.

Texas is dry, and this wind isn’t helping. There’s an elevated risk for fires right now, and thousands of acres have already burned.

Stay wildfire alert with these tips from the Texas A&M Forest Service:
🔥Avoid burning debris on hot, dry or windy days. Debris burning is the leading cause of wildfires in Texas.
🔥Don’t park vehicles in tall, dry grass. A hot catalytic converter can spark a fire.
🔥 Don’t store wood piles and debris next to buildings and structures.

More than 135 counties have implemented burn bans. See if your county is on the list: https://tfsweb.tamu.edu/Burnbans

🚜 National Ag Day! 🐄

🚜 National Ag Day! 🐄

Today is . But that’s every day to farmers and ranchers who grow our food, fiber and fuel. They care for their livestock and are committed to protecting the land and natural resources.

We often boast that everything is bigger in Texas. That’s true when it comes to agriculture, too.

The state’s varied climates and soil types enable farmers to grow a wide selection of crops, including grains, fiber, timber, fruits and vegetables. Texans are especially well-known for raising cattle, but sheep, goats and poultry are major sectors of the Texas agricultural economy, as well.

Farming and ranching is a demanding profession. It’s risky, and it sure isn’t easy.

But it’s the satisfaction of a hard day’s work and of doing something for others. Fulfilling dreams. And facing the uncertainty with faith and optimism. Farmers and ranchers are the beating heart of Texas agriculture. And our future.

If you just graduated a senior, or you have a senior coming into this year, every decision that they make from now on, is important. You do not want them to be left behind. Start them off with a life insurance policy that can benefit them for the rest of their life. It is so important to pass on generational wealth. I don’t care what family you were born to, we’ve all thought I want my family to do better at a certain stage. I’m asking for an opportunity to create a policy that fits them perfectly. Policy that you can start and finish or that you can pass on when they’re ready.
