Expectations for recruiter position include:
- 20-30 dials/hour to applicants
- 30-45 interviews/week

Bonuses include:
- Fully Contracted Agent = $20.00
- New Writer = $75.00
- $7,500 APV in First Full Month = $100.00

Monthly Goals:
- 20 New Agents: $400
- 4 New Writers: $300
- 1 NW at $7500: $100
- Total Bonus/Month: $800.00
