To all - I and, in turn, my company; Capital City Equity Group, have been somewhat quiet on FB recently as I have taken my company in a new, but inevitably planned direction. We have shifted our primary focus from the Single Family Real Estate Vertical Market to the Multi-Family Asset Class. We will still invest in the short term SFH fix and flip market, but have transitioned primarily over the last 3 years to strictly Multi-Family (Apartments and Mobile Home Parks). We currently have close to 200 rental doors across 7 assets in both asset classes. And our focus is Cash Flow and value add opportunities.
