To all - I and, in turn, my company; Capital City Equity Group, have been somewhat quiet on FB recently as I have taken my company in a new, but inevitably planned direction. We have shifted our primary focus from the Single Family Real Estate Vertical Market to the Multi-Family Asset Class. We will still invest in the short term SFH fix and flip market, but have transitioned primarily over the last 3 years to strictly Multi-Family (Apartments and Mobile Home Parks). We currently have close to 200 rental doors across 7 assets in both asset classes. And our focus is Cash Flow and value add opportunities. If you or any of your friends, family or colleagues wish to invest with us on future projects we are currently aligning with a select group of Accredited Investors for specific projects in the Southeastern United States.
