The Spooky Spirits 5K is happening October 17 at Town Center Park and brings a Halloween twist to race day.
Expect costumes, vendors and a full Town Center atmosphere while the race takes over the park.

A little about me outside the office: I’m the father of eight and grandfather of four.
If that sounds like a lot of activity, it is. 😂
A big family has a way of teaching you patience, communication and how to stay present even when there’s a lot going on around you.
Those are lessons that have followed me into every part of life, including this office.
It also means there is usually a conversation to be had about kids, grandkids, school schedules or what everyone is doing for the weekend.

Consider this: I just got a call from a customer who was hit by a car insured with the company that just overtook us for the number one spot in auto insurance in the USA. They REFUSED to pay for his rental car- told him to go back to HIS company for coverage-and REFUSED to pay out on the total loss of his truck UNTIL they got the DEDUCTIBLE paid to THEM by their driver.

Being a good neighbor usually isn’t about doing something huge.

It’s bringing in a package when someone is away. Waving when you pass each other. Checking in after rough weather. Remembering the dog’s name. Showing up when somebody needs an extra hand.

Those little moments are what turn a street into a community.
