Motivation Thursday with I Want. Why, Action. Enough with the I wish and or I can't. Instead lets talk How. Everyone wants something. We all talk about it, but few do anything about it. Well here's your chance. Get a piece of paper and start writing:

I want, write down as many I Wants as you can come up with, For every I Want you need to also write down Your Why, Why do you want that specific thing? How will it better and or change your life. Lastly, Action, write down your action move.

Example....
I Want: I want more subscribers for my YouTube Mortgage Ballers account so that I can help our industry be better and achieve more.

Why: I believe that after 35 years and two Top Ten National Mortgage Broker spanning 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and now 2025. And speaking with and interviewing hundreds of people, loan Officers, Real estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Investment Advisers, Account Executives and the list goes on, that they all have common Traits. But yet some over achieve and some fight for the scraps.

Action: I will work daily to bring value to our industry to help them achieve their "I Wants". I will build Lead Funnels and Coaching Software to help Loan Officers and Real Estate agents capture more business. I will not be lazy, I will bring my best, everyday to this industry.
