The only issue that I would address is to delete the Appriaser for this property from you list of approved appraisers. He botched the appraisal so badly and luckily the ROV that I submitted was approved. However, even after the appraisal was updated, there were still errors on it. I feel like that appraiser did not care about the quality of his work nor how it could effect so many people by not doing his job at the highest standard possible. I do appreciate the communication from you and your team to work to get this resolved. Thanks!!
