JR Guthrie – COUNTRY Financial is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Full-Time Production Assistant to join our team in Sutherlin, Oregon!

⭐ Position: Full-Time Production Assistant
What we’re looking for:
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to contribute
• Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively and support the team
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
What you’ll do:
• Assist with daily office operations
• Provide friendly, helpful support to clients and our insurance team
• Follow up with clients and manage administrative tasks
• Assist with new business and policy service
• Learn about insurance products, processes, and client needs
• Help keep the office organized, efficient, and welcoming
