Some viewers are in business and some of those in business are contractors of various sorts, all of which we insure/have markets. I have many attachments that aren't in facebook acceptable format, all talking about Certificates of Insurance, rules, limitations, statutorial restrictions, penalties. Agents who falsely issue Certificates can lose their license. Know what they/we can and cannot do.
