The City of Susanville Fire Department is teaming up with Brian Wilson Insurance Agency and the National Fire Protection Association® (NFPA®) to promote this year’s Fire Prevention Week™ campaign, “Cooking Safety Starts with YOU. Pay attention to fire prevention.” This year’s campaign, which runs Oct. 8-14, works to educate families about simple but important steps they can take to keep themselves and others safe.

The Fire Department will be handing out the information, stickers, coloring books, etc at their open house in October.

The last few days I attended State Farm’s National Convention. We are celebrating 100 years as a company. Not to many companies can say that. I’m proud of the 15 years that I’ve represented them as an Agent and look forward to many years to come.
