As you all know, I am a big fan of the HSA compatible health plan model and I love what the OBBBA has done to update HSAs, but during this tax season, families with options to contribute to an FSA through your employer should be doing some serious planning with your tax advisor. The OBBBA has permanently increased the allowable Dependent Care FSA contribution amounts to $7500. So, when you are meeting with your tax advisor, talk with them about how you can benefit from contributing to your FSA.
