5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Samantha Wikoff by April A - I cannot say enough wonderful things about Samantha! We recently closed one of the most difficult and complicated transactions either of us has experienced in our careers, and she was truly incredible from beginning to end.
Throughout every challenge, she remained calm, responsive, solution-oriented, and completely committed to getting our clients to the closing table. Her communication was exceptional, and she consistently went above and beyond- working tirelessly behind the scenes, anticipating potential issues, and finding solutions whenever another obstacle arose.
At certain points during the transaction, circumstances and outside pressures could have easily put us against one another. Instead, she remained loyal, supportive, and committed to working together as a team. She never allowed the stress or challenges surrounding the transaction to interfere with our professional relationship or our shared goal of serving our clients. That level of integrity and character meant more to me than I can adequately express.
This transaction required an extraordinary amount of patience, persistence, trust, and teamwork, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better lending partner. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for her, both personally and professionally. I will hands down be sending her as much business as possible moving forward because I know my clients will be in exceptional hands. I would confidently recommend her to any buyer, agent, or industry professional. She is an outstanding loan officer, an incredible partner, and exactly the kind of person you want beside you-especially when a transaction becomes challenging.
