Please complete the short policy review section for coverages that might not normally be on the policy unless added, as well as reminders of things that are good to keep an eye on.
15 minutes of walking around your house following the checklist may help you find items that if addressed now could help you to avoid many hours spent cleaning up damage and paying your insurance deductible.

Using this checklist might not help you to see everything that might be a concern before it becomes a problem, nothing can replace an alert eye, but this checklist can assist you in looking at what may be the more likely causes of concern, hopefully before they become a problem.

Northern Utah has a strong wind advisory in place through Saturday night. Everybody should check the yards and check their roof so that you know the condition of things, perhaps even take a picture of your roof so that if there's wind damage you can prove that the damage came from the wind storm of this weekend.
