It was a whirlwind of a week with our teams from Wilmington, Greenville, Goldsboro, Fayetteville, Sanford, and Roanoke Rapids.

This week was a great reminder of why we love what we do. Time together always brings perspective, energy, collaboration, and plenty of laughs along the way.

One of our core values is that we genuinely care and we saw that reflected in every market, every conversation, and every interaction throughout the week. Another is that we inspire growth and there’s something powerful about being surrounded by people who challenge and encourage each other to get better every day.

But if I’m being honest, one of my favorite core values will always be that we have fun. The long days, the miles, the meetings, the problem solving, the wins, and the laughter in between are what make this team special.

Nothing builds a stronger team than stepping away from the day-to-day and actually enjoying time together.

Yesterday, our Wilmington team traded pipelines for pins and spent the afternoon bowling, laughing, and sharing lunch together. It was the perfect reminder that at Atlantic Bay, work-life balance isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we intentionally create.
